Update all dependencies to latest, including Next.js 16.
The upgrade to Next.js 16 introduced a known issue where Turbopack production builds fail with a
useContexterror on internal pages. As a workaround, the production build command has been updated to explicitly use webpack (--webpack). Development builds continue to use Turbopack as it is the default in Next.js 16 and works correctly for development.
